Shopping with Ascent

These terms apply to consumer purchases from ascentrecovery.store. Product descriptions, selected options, prices and delivery information form part of your order. Read the size, compatibility and package details before purchase; lifestyle photographs can include props that are not supplied.

Prices and orders

Prices are in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are disclosed before payment. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; we accept it when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or there is a clear pricing or description error, we will contact you before accepting a correction or refund any payment if the order cannot proceed. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our delivery policy explains dispatch and delivery arrangements. Our returns policy explains cancellation, faulty-goods rights, return costs and refunds, including an optional cancellation form. These policies form part of these terms.

Using outdoor equipment

Follow the supplied instructions, check suitability for your trip and inspect equipment before use. Check tent and awning dimensions against your setup, and use gas appliances only as instructed outdoors. Accessories described as non-load-bearing must never be used as climbing protection. These instructions do not exclude our responsibility for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Contact and complaints

Email ascentrecovery@outlook.com with the details of your concern and the outcome you are seeking. We will investigate and respond. If we cannot resolve a complaint, we will provide information about an appropriate dispute-resolution body and whether we will participate where required by law.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections where you live. UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law, including their home jurisdiction. The terms supplied with your order apply to that purchase; later changes do not retrospectively change it.
