Where do you deliver?

Our initial range is for UK customers. Delivery availability, charges and estimated times depend on the product and your address. See our delivery policy.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated UK delivery is 7–10 days. Any different estimate will be shown before you order. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels.

Is every product dispatched from the UK?

No. Supply partners may dispatch from the UK or overseas. Check the selected dispatch option and delivery information; a UK store does not mean every item is UK-held stock.

How do I choose a tent?

Start with the floor plan, your sleeping mats, luggage and usable living space. A maximum person rating is not a guarantee of family comfort. Read our family tent guide.

Will an awning fit my vehicle?

Measure your rail, mounting height and available space, then compare the specific attachment method. A screen room may require an existing awning roof. Contact us before ordering if the fit is unclear.

Are props and accessories included?

Only the contents stated for your selected option are included. Lifestyle images may show vehicles, cookware, fuel, furniture or other props sold separately.

Can I return an order?

Yes, statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights apply. Our returns policy explains the periods, costs and process.
